1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has NOT been installed, used, or damaged. (Note: Electrical items showing signs of installation cannot be returned for safety reasons.)
2. Return Process Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

3. Shipping Charges
- Defective Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Customized Orders Please note that custom-made electrical products (e.g., custom colors or laser-engraved icons) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
